DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide by DHL with PACKAGE TRACKING.


HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Shipping costs are determined by DHL according to the quantity ordered and the shipping destination.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND SHIP MY ORDER?

The shipping time varies from 3 to 5 days depending on the quantity of product ordered. We will send an email after your order has been shipped.

The delivery time varies between 4 to 7 working days everywhere in the world by DHL followed by an assistance until the reception of your package.



HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After an order is placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You will then be able to check the progress of the delivery on the shipping service's website using the tracking number or link that we will send you by email.


HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ?

Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until you pay. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept Visa and Mastercard payments. For other payment methods, please contact us by email.


IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes, our store is fully secured and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use Stripe's secure payment systems.


I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.


I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND I ONLY RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

Yes, this is quite normal. To minimize your wait, we ship all items separately when they are ready to be shipped. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us and explain the problem and attach a picture as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.


I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be given to you before sending back).

The return is done exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain at your charge communicated by mail in return of your request. Upon receipt your order will be fully refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" GUARANTEE?

You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to benefit from the guarantee "Satisfied or refunded", you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

If the product has been used and is not sellable as is.
