Read below for information on returns and refunds.

*All return or refund requests must be within 30 days of your order’s ship date.

  • Did your order arrive with one or more damaged products?

We apologize if your order was delivered in less-than-ideal condition. Please snap a picture of the damaged item and email it to contact@essentialcareplus.com to our customer service team. Upon receipt of the photographs, we will refund your purchase price or send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.

  • Was your order missing purchased items?

We regret that your order was delivered in part. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service staff at contact@essentialcareplus.com if you have not received your Essential Care Plus order. They will be pleased to help and will send the missing goods to you.

  • Did your order include the wrong items?

We sincerely apologize for the error! Please contact us by email at contact@essentialcareplus.com if the things you received do not match the ones you ordered. During regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (excluding holidays), one of our Customer Service Team Members would be pleased to fix your order.

  • Was your order lost/missing?

We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Please contact us by e-mail at contact@essentialcareplus.com. We will be happy to investigate the reasons why your order has not yet been delivered by DHL and do our best to ensure that your order will be delivered as quickly as possible.

  • Changed your mind about your order and wish to return the items?

Within 30 days of your order’s shipment date, you can return any unopened and unused items at your expense. Please ensure all items are unopened, in their original packing, and unlit, and remember to include your name and order number. After receiving the return, our Customer Service department will offer a refund for the amount associated with the returned goods.
