* Under what circumstances we offer returns and refunds

Sometimes your items may be lost, you may receive the wrong item, or your items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, we will send you a replacement. Simply contact our support team (contact@essentialcareplus.com).

* Timeframe in which you accept returns

You can return your ordered items within 30 days of reception and we will send you a full refund by the same payment method used for the payment of your order.

*When customers can expect a refund

The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the method of payment you used to place your order (the time is counted from the day your refund is confirmed).

• Credit/Debit Card : 3 to 7 working days
• Bank Transfer : 5 to 10 working days
• International Bank Transfer : 7 to 14 working days.

Essential Care Plus ship worldwide through DHL Express. We calculate shipping costs according to package weight. You can find out the shipping costs lower on this page, by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your shipping information in the cart or on the checkout page.

Please be sure to enter your shipping information and phone number correctly. Essential Care Plus will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered due to incorrect delivery information.
We are not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through DHL.

Handling Time

Essential Care Plus needs 1- 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri) to prepare your order, most packages.

Tracking Number

Once the tracking numbers are available, we will email them to you at the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

Transit Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from DHL to your doorstep. According to our statistics, orders are delivered from DHL to you within 3 to 8 business days.
