* Under what circumstances we offer returns and refunds
Sometimes your items may be lost, you may receive the wrong item, or your items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Simply contact our support team.
* Timeframe in which you accept returns
You can return your ordered items within 30 days of reception and we will send you a full refund by the same payment method used for the payment of your order.
*When customers can expect a refund
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the method of payment you used to place your order (the time is counted from the day your refund is confirmed).
- Credit/Debit Card : 3 to 7 working days
- Bank Transfer : 5 to 10 working days
- International Bank Transfer : 7 to 14 working days.
* What customers are required to do
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
The product must be unused and undamaged (the product packaging must not have been torn, unpacked or opened).
Upon receipt of the product in our warehouse, we will inspect the product to confirm the validity of the conditions and initiate the refund the same day.

Essential Care Plus ship worldwide through DHL Express. We calculate shipping costs according to package weight. You can find out the shipping costs lower on this page, by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your shipping information in the cart or on the checkout page. These estimated shipping costs apply to worldwide delivery and exclude overweighted products (on request).
Please be sure to enter your shipping information and phone number correctly. Essential Care Plus will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered due to incorrect delivery information.
We are not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through DHL.
Handling Time
Essential Care Plus needs a maximum of 3 Business Days to prepare your order, most packages.
Order verification, preparation, quality control and packaging… All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Cotonou, Benin, within 72 hours next order day.
Tracking Number

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to contact@essentialcareplus.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
