Fresh-packed in Albuquerque. 1 to 3 days for stock items, 3 to 8 for fresh-pack. Photos before shipment on request.

Wholesale FAQ
The questions every buyer asks.
Do you require a minimum order?
No floor for tier 1. Tier 2 starts at 100 kg per order or recurring monthly volume in that range. Tier 3 starts at 500 kg or a forecasted equivalent.
How fast do you turn around a quote?
Tier 2 quotes within one business day. Tier 3 within 48 hours, longer only if we need to coordinate with the cooperative on a forward-buy.
What payment methods do you accept for B2B?
Card, ACH, wire, and PayPal. Net 30 unlocks after 3 completed orders for tier 2, and is available from order 1 for tier 3 with a credit check.
Can you private label?
Yes. Tier 2 from 25 kg per SKU with our standard packing. Tier 3 from 100 kg per SKU with custom packaging, your label, your dieline.
What happens if a batch fails QC on your end?
It does not ship. We hold for the next harvest, source from our second cooperative, or refund. We tell you which, in writing, within 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. DHL Express to most countries, sea freight on bulk orders. We handle US export paperwork. You handle import duties at your end.
Are your products organic certified?
Some are, some are not. Most ingredients are wild-harvested or grown without synthetic input but lack the certification paperwork because cooperatives cannot afford the audit. We document every step we can verify.
