By accessing or placing an order on essentialcareplus.com you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

1. The agreement

Essential Care Plus LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells the products listed on this site to retail and wholesale customers. Placing an order is your offer to buy; our acceptance happens when the order is confirmed and shipped. Until shipment, we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing error, inventory shortage, fraud signal).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian’s consent. Wholesale accounts require a registered business and a valid US resale certificate (or equivalent for international buyers).

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and applicable taxes.
• Wholesale tier discounts and Net 30 are governed by the rules on the wholesale page.
• Payment is due at checkout for retail and Self-service tier orders.
• Approved Net 30 buyers must pay invoices within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue invoices accrue 1.5% monthly interest and may suspend Net 30 privileges.
• If a price is wrong on the site, we will contact you before shipping; you can confirm the corrected price or cancel.

See our shipping policy and return policy. Both are incorporated into these terms by reference.

5. Product information

We describe products honestly and back claims with per-batch lab tests where relevant. Plant-based ingredients vary naturally batch to batch, colour, smell, and texture descriptions are typical, not absolute. Statements about traditional uses are cultural reference, not medical advice. We do not make medical claims; nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Wholesale terms

• Wholesale and Bulk tier resale is permitted only at retail (consumer-facing) channels; you may not resell to other wholesalers without written permission.
• Private-label runs are non-returnable once production has begun.
• You agree to keep CoAs on file as required by your local food/cosmetic regulations.
• You may not relabel a product to claim a different origin than the cooperative we name on the bag.

7. Intellectual property

The site content (text, photography, illustrations, code) is owned by Essential Care Plus LLC or licensed to us. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link, but you may not republish whole pages, scrape pricing, or use our brand or photography in a way that suggests endorsement without permission. Cooperative names and place names are factual, not proprietary.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, attempt to bypass authentication, or place fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to block accounts and IP ranges that do.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Products are sold “as is” with no warranty beyond what US law requires for the category (food, cosmetics, agricultural commodity). Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

11. Changes

If we update these terms, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after changes is acceptance of the new terms.
