Payment Policy

This page sets out the payment methods we accept, security measures we take, and the terms applicable to retail and wholesale accounts.

1. Accepted methods

  • Credit and debit cards via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • PayPal.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (on supported devices).
  • WooPayments (Stripe-powered).
  • Link by Stripe for one-click returning customers.
  • Approved wholesale accounts: bank transfer (ACH, SWIFT, SEPA) and Net 30 on eligible orders.

2. Currency

Checkout displays in USD. Your card issuer performs any currency conversion at the prevailing rate. Wholesale invoices can be issued in USD or EUR on request.

3. Security

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways. We never see or store full card numbers. The checkout runs on HTTPS with TLS 1.3. 3-D Secure is enforced by default for international transactions.

4. Authorisation and capture

Cards are authorised at order placement. Capture occurs on dispatch. If your order is split into multiple shipments, each shipment may trigger a separate capture.

5. Wholesale terms

  • Self-service tier (under 100 kg): card or PayPal at checkout, wholesale discount applied automatically.
  • Wholesale tier (100 to 499 kg): bank transfer preferred; card accepted.
  • Bulk tier (500 kg and above): bank transfer or Letter of Credit.
  • Net 30: available to approved accounts after 3 completed orders. Apply via your B2B portal.

6. Taxes

New Mexico sales tax is added where applicable. Other US states with a sales tax nexus are calculated at checkout. Wholesale accounts with a valid resale certificate are tax-exempt. International orders are subject to local VAT/GST on import.

7. Failed or declined payments

If payment fails, your order remains pending. We email you to retry. After 72 hours without successful payment, the order is cancelled automatically.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing can add further delay. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
