Two-minute form. We approve tier 2 wholesale accounts within one business day, and tier 3 bulk accounts within 48 hours. No follow-up sales calls.
Read this first, save us both time.
Most applications are approved. The ones we decline are usually a mismatch on volume, payment terms, or geography. The five points below cover 95% of those cases. If any of them is a no, the form below is not for you, and a polite email at sales@essentialcareplus.com will get a faster answer.
- You have a registered business. EIN (US) or equivalent tax registration outside the US. Sole proprietors and indie founders absolutely qualify, you just need to be on the books.
- You have a resale certificate if you ship to a state that taxes wholesale. We will not invoice without one for US-based buyers.
- You can meet the minimum. Tier 2 starts at 100 kg per order or recurring monthly volume in that range. Below that, the self-service tier 1 (5 to 8% off, automatic at checkout) is faster for both of us.
- You can pay by ACH, wire, or card. We accept all three. Net 30 unlocks after 3 completed orders for tier 2, and is available from order 1 for tier 3 with a credit check.
- You ship somewhere we ship. All US states and territories. International via DHL Express or sea freight. We do not currently ship to countries under active US sanctions.
