Where we ship from

All orders ship from our warehouse in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

United States, retail

United States, wholesale

  • Orders under 30 lb ship via UPS or FedEx ground.
  • Orders over 30 lb ship via LTL freight on a pallet, with CoAs enclosed.
  • Approved Wholesale buyers see real-time freight quotes at checkout.
  • Bulk-tier shipments are coordinated by our logistics team, typical lead time 5 to 10 business days from PO confirmation.

International

We ship internationally by quote. Email sales@essentialcareplus.com with your delivery address and the SKUs you want; we will reply with a freight cost and a customs estimate within 1 business day.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We label every commercial-invoice document accurately, we will not falsify values.

Order processing

  • Retail orders placed before 12 pm MT ship the same business day.
  • Wholesale orders ship within 2 business days of payment clearing (or PO acceptance for Net 30 buyers).
  • Orders are not processed on US federal holidays.

Lost or delayed shipments

Email hello@essentialcareplus.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and ship a replacement at our cost if the package is confirmed lost.

PO Box and APO/FPO

USPS-routable. We will use USPS Priority Mail for these addresses regardless of the method selected at checkout.
