Sometimes your items may be lost, you may receive the wrong item, or your items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Simply contact our support team.
You can return your ordered items within 30 days of reception and we will send you a full refund by the same payment method used for the payment of your order.
