Orders & shipping

Where do you ship from?

Albuquerque, New Mexico. Continental US ground is 2 to 6 business days. International shipping is by quote, contact sales@essentialcareplus.com.

Free shipping threshold?

Free US ground shipping on retail orders over $95.

Returns & refunds?

30 days from delivery, unopened, original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items: full credit or replacement, no return required. Full return policy →

Track an order?

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Logged-in customers can also see order status under My account → Orders.

Wholesale

What is the wholesale minimum?

5 kg per SKU at the Wholesale tier with per-batch CoA. 25 kg per SKU at the Bulk tier with private label available. The Self-service tier has no minimum.

Do you offer Net 30?

Yes, Net 30 unlocks automatically for approved Wholesale buyers after 3 completed orders. Bulk buyers get Net 30 from the first PO once approved. Net 30 terms →

Private label?

Available from 25 kg per SKU at the Bulk tier. Includes label design support and lead times of 4 to 6 weeks. Get a quote →

How long does approval take?

Self-service: instant. Wholesale: typically 1 to 3 business days after we receive your resale certificate. Bulk: 1 week, including the first sample shipment if requested.

Ingredients & safety

Can I see a certificate of analysis?

Per-batch CoA ships with every wholesale shipment of 5 kg or more. Retail customers can request the CoA for their lot via hello@essentialcareplus.com with the lot number printed on the bag.

Are your ingredients organic?

The Bondoukou Cocoa Collective is in transition. The other cooperatives grow without synthetic inputs but are not currently certified; we test for pesticide residues each season as a substitute.

How do I know the spirulina is safe?

Every batch is tested for microcystin-LR cyanotoxin and must pass the WHO guideline of less than 1 µg/g. Heavy metals and microbial panels run on every batch as well. We will not ship over spec.

What does single-origin mean here?

Each ingredient comes from one named cooperative, in one named region, in one country. We do not blend lots from different cooperatives or different countries.

Account & payment

Do I need an account to buy retail?

No, retail checkout is open to guest checkout. An account lets you re-order faster and view past CoAs.

Payment methods?

Retail: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Wholesale: card or bank transfer. Net 30 buyers: invoice via bank transfer.
