Shipping from Africa

Every box ships from Africa by DHL Express, door to door, within 24 to 48 hours of payment: 3 to 5 business days to the US and Europe. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the parcel weight. The box ships in our 0 to 1 kg DHL band, $125 on our current rates, so you pay $199.99 delivered. Import duties and customs fees, where they apply, are paid to DHL on delivery.

How to test your samples

Run the checks you would run on a production lot: appearance and smell, a small test batch in your formula, and a comparison with the Certificate of Analysis. Our guide explains what to test on an ingredient sample.

After the test

Order any of the three from 5 kg, with public prices per kg on each product page, or ask for a volume quote. Your first lot is covered by our First Lot Guarantee: if it does not match its Certificate of Analysis, we replace it or refund it, with no return shipment needed.
